As products move along a conveyor belt, they pass through the dynamic checkweigher. The checkweigher uses a weighing sensor to accurately measure the weight of each passing product in real time.
The sensor detects the weight and sends the signal to a control unit. The control unit then analyzes the weight data and compares it with the preset weight range. If the product's weight is within the acceptable range, it is allowed to continue on the conveyor. However, if the weight is outside the range, the control unit can trigger an alarm or activate a rejection mechanism to remove the non-conforming product from the production line.
This continuous and rapid weighing process ensures that only products with the correct weight are packaged and shipped, maintaining quality control in the food packaging industry and other industries that require accurate weight measurement.
